Other changes include enhancements to their service offering, including customer after-sales.  For example, Stuart-Turner deal with all after sales support directly, giving you direct access to trained staff whom are available for all technical pump queries, complaints and spare parts.  You can even direct your customer to the after-sales number and Stuart Turner will be happy to deal with any query they may have, and this in turn increases efficiency of their after-sales service.
