ROMAQUA are one of Irelands fastest growing Importers & Distributors of Bathroom & Tile products, representing established leading manufacturers. Our route to market is via Retail outlets throughout the island who handle and promote our brands. Romaqua are dedicated to working in partnership with the retail chain to provide support for the brands in our portfolio. We are a family owned business headed up by Mr Frankie Powell (Managing Director), based in Newry, Co. Down. A dedicated and loyal staff, most of who have been with the business for a number of years look after the needs of customers. Strategically located beside the M1 corridor this enables Romaqua to efficiently service the island with regular deliveries. A total storage of 50,000ft2 in dedicated warehousing holds our large stock range. State of the art computer systems for stock management ensure accuracy of the stock holding. An ongoing focus on technology to add value to the retailer will see an introduction in 2011 of a dedicated “Trade Zone” on the website www.romaqua.com allowing retailers to check stocks, pricing and place or pay for orders at any time of the day. A dedicated 3,000ft2 showroom is available on site for retailers to visit or indeed where necessary arrange an appointment for their customers to visit and view an array of product. The focus is to supply quality, value for money bathroom & tile products into the retail chain, aimed pre-dominantly at the middle market consumer. A considerable resource is aimed at bringing new products to retailers each year, carrying out research to ensure that the products launched meets the market demand. An overriding trend throughout the Company is “WE CARE” and this is evident in any interaction with Romaqua.
